A simple way to set your day up for success is packing your food the night before. Today I am in an all day fitness seminar on strategies, conditioning, and strength building for runners. I know I feel better when I fuel my body with nutritious meals. Today I packed pesto chicken, broccoli, and rice for lunch; my snacks are an apple with cheese for the morning and a wholewheat and flax seed tortilla with turkey and spinach with celery for my afternoon snack. I threw in hydration tablets for the running I will be doing and a protein bar in case hunger strikes on the way home for dinner. What strategies do you implement to set your day up for success?
